L’Occitane Cafe is the first cafe by L’Occitane in the MENA region, started in Dubai in 2018. L’Occitane Cafe brought the vibes of Provence, good food and fine french Hospitality to the UAE. Soon enough L’Occitane Cafe became one of the most visited spots at City Walk, Dubai.
Eleven Percent worked hand in hand with Chalhoub Group and Sunset Hospitality to create and establish brand presence on social media. We started by defining the target audience by conducting a series of market research and gathering data that taught us more about potential customers and their behaviors, interests and professional positions. The data helped us form pre and post-launch strategies to introduce the market to the new brand. We also put the brand on the map by creating check-in pins so customers can easily find the brand on Google Maps as well as social media channels.
In addition to the marketing and management aspects we were designing the visual content for the social media platforms, and advising on photoshoot directions and mood boards that best first the brand’s look and feel. We were also responsible for communicating with customers online, creating tailor-made content to introduce all brand aspects, and elevating brand awareness and exposure through a series of campaigns that were designed for targeting new customers as well as retargeting existing ones and providing incentives for brand loyalty.
